My website is http://smokerjim.net. Like you can see, we are selling cigarettes of many famous brands. I've tried to offer to my customers all their favorite type of cigs. If there are any sites here, that are involved in the same kind of bussiness, please not hesitate to reply here.

Any Link exchange or another time of advertising and PR raising...

p.s.: Our team had made some good updates on my site, it's more informative now. It is working for several months now, but in a few days will be an another "upgrade" - we will add a shopping cart!
Advices and may be suggestions please!

I think it looks much better than before....Nice upgrade. The only thing that I don't understand is why you aren't a higher PR than you are....What have you been doing to promote the site....

You know, I wonder that too. But, actually as I know, in several weeks google will update it's pr ranking database, and may be then my sites will gain more pr. I hope much on it. An another cause it might be that my sites are less then 6 moths old.
So, I'm optimistic and try to keep patiency...

Also, I need more traffic on it. I've tried and trying always different methods of raising my traffic (legal only). But, it doesn't help me as much, as I would like to.
May be you have some advices?

Try promoting your site on directories. That is the easiest way to do fast site promotion. You can find lists of thousands of free directories on the internet. Submit to 20 or 30 every day for a week, and then submit 10 per day for 5 days a week. You will get a small increase in traffic from directories, but the biggest thing is that you will also be noticed by the search engines. Try to find out which keywords would work best for your industry, which ones will bring in the most traffic, and use those keywords in your title when you are submitting. Also, try to find sites that it would be appropriate to have a link to a ciggarette sells site on, and request that they include your link in their page or pages. You can also buy links, which can be a very effective way of gaining search engine exposure, and in turn, gaining a lot of traffic.

Kieran has an auction for a link in his signature here at iWebTool, it's still only $10.00 per month(at the time of this writing), which is a great value. You might consider bidding on that, that would give you an additional 2000+ links.

In your own signature, you have a link to your site, it reads www.yoursite.com You should be using anchor text instead. The link should read something like "discount ciggarettes", and when you click on the link, it will take you to your site. If you need help learning how to do that, let me know.

www.smokerjim.net is one of my sites. The prices on it may be are a little bit bigger then on another sites. But I also have another cigarettes sites: where prices are really cheaper then almost everywhere (you can check it and compare with another sites ).

And I dont think the problem is in this!

i didnt see the first version, but you have some bugs on this version. for example i click kent and it takes me to a page which has the header and the second picture from under the guy's shoulder pretty discontinued.
i dunno if it's that visible to others, but it took my eyes the first time i clicked..

I don't know the prices in the US...but when I compare to Belgium I find smokerjim's prices very cheap.

I saw 1 carton of gauloises red for 15,24$... I pay 5€ for 24 sigarettes here !
Even with the transport cost it's still a lot cheaper !

Why do you deliver only in US. Is it a country-law problem ?

yes ... you have to pay the tax.
in fact you pay 3.5euro tax there.
in greece i pay 2.5euro for gauloises red (20 cigarettes)

Nice site but cigarettes are expensive. I pay 4.5 Euro for 1 packet of Malbro.
