Banner Advertising - Charging for advertising space

My technique would be to sell something like $0.01 per 10 clicks but make some rule that they need to buy at least 5,000 impressions this way you will get at least $5.00 - but make it at a price that what you want. Make sure you make a script (or get one) that only counts the click once for each IP each day if you get what I mean. I think this would work for you.
