Hi everybody,

I am working as product manager for 5 years in Thailand. Together with some people involved in Real Estate business we want to setup several new websites about this area, complete with listings, property information, legal advise, advertising etc..

I know basic webdesign like HTML, Flash and Photoshop and can organize the workflow, but I think it would be better to make this sites in PHP or other database driven design.

Could somebody could give me some ideas or advice about this. It would be very welcome as it is not easy to find people here.
What would be the best solution for this?

Any ideas or suggestions are welcome. Could I work with freelancers not living in Thailand to do this jobs? How can I keep the updates organized?. Anyone interested for a job in Thailand or join the team?

You can get a freelancer to make the Real Estate software for you. You should ensure the PHP software has a management system to add and edit listings/pages etc. Then, once you've got the software, just concentrate on getting yourself a team to keep the website up to date. There are other things you will need to worry about but that should be the gist of it.

I am busy right now with some projects ,however if I have time will help fix this and that (php and database ) as a freelance upon request .
