Thumbs down Uh oh.

All that anonymous searching may come to an end.

Many companies are coming together to produce a chip that insets a certain ID that disallows anonymous browsing and what not.

here's the article:

Probably very easy to track someone in general...

Which is why if they want to do it, they'll have to work out some very big downfalls of it... Maybe allow only the ISPs to give out such information, and then give extensive background checks at the ISP office, so not to cause ISP worker stalkers.
lol

In any case, they hopefully won't do it.

I've heard, it's a good idea, but I think that it invades my privacy...but I mean, people can track what you do right now anyway, IP tracking and stuff.

I hate all these chips ideas. A chip for this, a chip for that. Most are ridiculous and invasions of privacy

While I understand the many positive uses for this, I think the civil liberties that would be infringed upon would be far to great to make the trade-off. Sure it would help cut down on fraud. It would also help cut down on a number of even worse crimes.

At what cost though? I just do not think the price is worth it. The information could be gotten into the wrong hands. Not to mention how long is it until the criminals circumvent this system so the only people who are identifiable are the ones we do not need to worry about.

I am strongly opposed to this.

They should put potatoe chips in computers instead of microchips, I think that might help with the whole anti virus thing.
