Thanks for the question. The sites are all heavily crawled independently. As an example you can type in "free classified ads athens ga" or replace it with any of our cities and you will find them on the first few pages of all three of the top engines. Each site is a separate domain with different content. We host on a well respected high-end rack space server that only contains large business sites. The IP's are not all different. We have found that a listing on all the sites will take just about any 0-PR site and bump it to a PR-3 if the timing is right. This test was done on four new sites without any other backlinks and it was the same for all. Thanks for good question.
