I am going crazy.

But if I enter the site through the IP http://208.116.22.129/~sergey/ it works fine.

P.S. I've done a DNS report and came up with this:

could it be the problem?

It resolves fine for me, it must be some sort of weird caching issue, you've no doubt flushed your DNS Resolver Cache so for now you could just add;

208.116.22.129 detoam-host.net

to your \WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file (assuming your using windows) until your cache sorts itself out.

If You mean my personal PC than yes I have flushed the DNS, kicked my router around (the cat was kicked by accident), tried even turning off the network firewall.
Anyway. the site does show up from time to time, but most of the time It's gone.

P.S. I am going to try something different. I am going to switched my drives and run of Linux. And see what happens.
