I wish that i could have more information regarding your error. Heres a rough idea for you, when you see kernel32.dll error

Kernel32.dll is one of the windows library files which is also known to be a 32bit dynamic link library in short which is "dll".

Cause :
It could be due to some application which is trying to access one of your protected memory space. Which may sometime due to software application crash or corrupted files or even drivers that you've just installed.

Try running your windows in safe mode, if its still occurs, it could be the cause of below mentioned.

If the error appear persistently, it could also be due to one of your hardware.
Diagnose your hardware in order :

1. RAM
2. Video cards or graphic card built-in(this is link to motherboard).
3. ROM Drive
4. Motherboard
5. Processor

David Cheong.

First off i would try the System restore if you are using windows XP.
Restore to an earlyer date before you were getting the error message.
if that fails , read information below I found from computerhopes website

Secondly i would update your antivirus program, and run a full scan.
Run a Trojen Remover Program.
Sometime viruses,or trojens can cause these DLL error messages,by renameing them ,removing them ,copying them.

Cause:

A missing or corrupt .dll file can allso be caused by any of the below possibilities.

Another program was uninstalled that removed a .dll file that was required by another program or the operating system.
A program was installed that overwrote the .dll file with either an older version or a version that is incompatible with other programs causing .dll errors.
A bad installation of a program corrupted one or more files causing the .dll errors.
Another user or program maliciously or mistakenly deleted the .dll file or an associated file.
A hardware issue exists with the computer, such as a bad hard disk drive, causing the data on the drive to become corrupt, causing the .dll errors.

All this information and more you'll find here (resolve lost DLL files)

I hope you can resolve your issue here.

Mark.....

How about this problem for a start. I've been hearing sounds on my Laptop. E.g. "Shhh...Shhh". It seemed that my laptop's kind of infected. However, I can't find any bug and it continues to happen despite me formatting my laptop. Any solutions?

Edmund Ng

Try this first.

make sure as to try many different type of cds not just music, try programs try data cds, games what ever you have, even operating disc .
You could even set your bios to boot from cd and restart with OS disc in and see if it wants to boot but stop it if it does work the reset bios and retry reading discs.
.................................................. .................................................. ..

Only Do this if you are confident about PCs

Try this trouble shoot,If not scared to travel inside your desk top.
take off left side case from front view place both hands on frame body of pc to earth yourself.
Unplug all leads from CD rom if Desk top PC ,Restart your pc without the cd plugged in then turn off pc and plugg the cd back in again and restart pc .

windows should recognise new hardware.
Try if reading CDs now.make sure as to try many different type of cds not just music, try programs try data cds .
If this not work maybe need to take to Technition or replace CD Rom.
If CD is over 5 years old.
