Bill your sites very attractive, clean and visually appealing, I wish I could decide on such a clean design for my own site and be talented enough to create it

You need to sort out your page titles, you have nested title tags within title tags on some page, I would also decide on a format and stick to it throughout the site for example 'Page Title - Site Name' on some pages you have :: and pipe characters etc.
