Changing my password

ok, how do I change my password if I - forgot the answer to my secret question, dont know what my alternate e-mail is, dont have my information saved and cant guess it?

i dont think there is a way this is why when you open an account your are asked for an alternative e mail address so that you can recieve your information if you forget. I had this problem with my daughter and all we ended up doing is opening a new account and making sure she used an alternative e mail address when registering so that it did not happen again.

Hi there,

If you have forgotten your secret question, your password, and never specified an alternate e-mail address I am afraid you'll have to make another e-mail account. There is nothing you can do about this.
