I ran across http://www.googlerankings.com/kdindex.php and used their service and noticed that the saturation % they show is extreme higher then any other Key Word Density tool I have ever used. Anyone know how reliable this service is? Also it offers to activate/deactivate the google stoplist. I noticed that if you were to go for the word "home improvement" and home beign a stop word that only "impovement" would show up. Anybody have any knowledge on what affects this could have on optimising for any combo words that have a stop word in them?

Another useful set of utilities at this site. Check out some of the other tools here.

I think the stop words only refer to the local set of words used in the optimisation. Essentially the stop words are common words that this utility ignores when generating the report on the use of keywords/phrases. These are commonly used words, there is an optimum usage of each of the keywors/phrases in optimising pages, these common words tend to be used too often in pages, or not specific enough to be of any use.

The differences might come from the fact that some of these services exclude words like "I, in, and, of" and others don't.
