Yes, search engine recognize it as link . It is backlinks and can boost traffic for your site. Do you mean are you looking for a "link exchange partners"? You can
get link exchange partners through forums such as iwebtool talk forum. But before you link exchange, you must evaluated the links . The link must be related to your site, it is quality link, high page rank and with web traffic.

nah i think you can learn more from askin questions on Iwebtool!...

Right, I will be sharing some secrets today regarding getting to the number 1 spot on google and yahoo. (MSN is another issue)

1). Select a keywords that you would like to be number one for.

(In my case I would like to be number one for the keyword: Linksmaster

2).Join a few Link exchange programs. I use Linkalizer, LinkMarket and of course Linksmaster (Linksmaster is autometed)

Now, each site will ask you for the "Title" also known as (the anchor text).

This should be the keyword selected in number 1).

3) A signature on your forum replies with your keyword to, and help people on forums to help yourself get ranked for your keyword.

----Dont stop untill you are the First result on google, then move on to the next keyword ----

The above is quite basic and is more to help out beginners!

1 last tip is try not to compete on the toughest keywords, although you will get to the number one position it will take a lot longer and I know that none of you are patient

Manualy submit your website to free nonreciprocal directories with high PR.
Forum posting will also help to build link.
Write article and submit to article directories, it will help you if you have quality articles.
Link exchange with niche websites.

Yes signature link in forum is recognize by search engine. Get more backlinks for your site. You mean link exchange partners, you can participate in forums and get a link exchange partners. Make sure to evaluate the link, the quality, page rank and web traffic.
