Thanks very much for your reply.

I installed joomla1.012 through fantastico. Everythyng normal otherthan "Configuration.php -unwritable". this message seen after installation in my admin control. Unfortunately I cant access my site FTP in my working company PC (Company blocked FTP). I tried and changed the code number 0755 ( $mosConfig_fileperms = '0755';
$mosConfig_dirperms = '0755', before it was no any codes through Cpanel/Filemanager/public_html/configuration.php. Still no result. is there any other option to do it without accessing FTP. Please help me here.

Thanks very much

If you have cPanel, you can change your permissions via the file manager. Navigat the file manager to the file that you are having trouble with, and click on that file. Then in the right menu, click on "change permissions", and change the permissions to 777.
