Well i have some suggestions to grow iwt.
Iwebtool is already big but not bigger than digitalpoint, v7n for webmaster forums. People who know iwt knows only the tools. I think kenni should make the forums button bigger or put a join our webmaster community banner on the top or a link from the tool. If kenni wants to expand only the tool then..ok
but if she wants to expand this i think she should promote it from the tools and the main page like v7n. Plus make the forums simple and easy to navigate. The sidebars are really annoying and it takes up lots of space which makes the page longer since the forum categoires are squished (thats why most webmaster forums v7n, digitalpoint have no sidebars). Also i think this forum should be promoted it again like paid posting and things or pay active poster until it gets lots of members which make people signup without paying. Right now its only about 3000 members and only 800 active! Thats very small!. About a day theres only 100 people who logged in. In digitalpoint a minute has that much. I think we should promote it very big if kenni has alot of money i think iwebtool can be promoted very big everyone would know and everyone would signup and iwebtool will be known for the forums as well.
Oh and we should have better forum categories and usertitles and the reason i wasn't active that much no more because too much are leaving only 800 active and mostly leave later..
I dont want iwebtool to die off it was cool now probably post per day is less also people spam too much on iwebtool.
Moderators help with spam or make something to let it stop.
IIII Dont wnat iwebtool to die...please stay alive for my sake and i want to let it grow just like dp ccause i coudln't achieve that with my forum only 500 members and 70 active haha

I don't think you need to worry about getting red repped. I think the post is pretty good. We are always racking our brains for new ideas to make iwebtool better than it is already, so any and all suggestions are always welcome. The one thing that you have to try to keep in mind is that iwebtool forum is only a little over a year old. There aren't too many forums that are as young as this one is that are also doing as well. I believe that kenni has plans on upping the stakes and increasing the links from the main site to the forums. Right now, only about 10% of the people that visit this site are actually making use of the forums. If we can increase that to 20 or even 30%, then you can assume that we'll have a lot more activity. So I think that you'll be seeing a lot more activity here over the next month.

Very correct not alot is using the forum.
I think they should do it like v7n on the main page put a banner say WEbmaster discussion or something like a ad on iwebtools main page to forum.
And i think the forum categories espically buy and sell should get more organized.
And thanks for the no red rep for me thing.
Oh and btw i think moderator are doing a good job but i think more infractions and bans should be let out like bumping threads, spamming, too much links,...etc

i think we definately need to assign more expert to each forums.
for example sitepoint seo forum is run by "seo guru", and he is really good in seo. and give lots of building advices. this is what i thinking.
