Tabloids are reporting that Britney Spears is having a hard time remaining in rebab.If she leaves, should she get custody back of her kids?

Everyone make mistakes, noone is perfect, she will turn back.
The kids should live with their mother.This is the most important thing.

And when she had the baby in the car, I admit, it is wrong, but I bet thousands of mothers have done that, the only difference is Britney gets followed by paperazzi so it gets published the next day world-wide.

I don't think any one should have the right to decide whether the kids get taken away from her, unless you actually know her and know the truth. And who ever fully believed what happens in TV and newspapers. They will publish anything to get attention, and bad stuff always does. You'd never hear a newspaper saying, "Britney Spears is a Brilliant Mother! She walks her son through the park every day...etc", people would find it boring to read...but bad stuff people like, don't ask me why.

I think she should keep her children but be given help and support until she is well everyone makes mistakes the difference here is that she gets her life in the papers you or i dont. It must be hard to have the job she does every day and and she was only young when she started like all teens they think its all glammour. We dont really know what her life is how her relationships are all we know is what we read and well papers are there to report the smallest thing and always add more to it so we will buy the paper. We cant judge her as we dont personally know her.

Birth parents should usually be the first option to yes, Britney but if she is found to be an unsuitable mother, then a more suitable home should be found for the kiddies.
