I am looking for a pr4+ web directory. My budget is 50-75$, depends upon the submissios it has.

I don't want to embitter you, but I guess that the budget won't be enough. I think this tool will help you to appreciate the necessary amount.

To tell you the truth, I wouldn't bother buying one, you could buy a domain, code the directory. And as long as you have a few good strong backlinks, I bet by the first PR update you would get 3/4 guaranteed. Depending on how strong your backlinks are.

I started by submitting to the iWEBTOOL Directory and then I submitted a link to DollarLinking. Posting in forums, and having links within your signature can help also.

Hope you take the wise decision and not the lazy one

You can easily get pr4 in one quarter if you develop good backlinks.
