www.englishinformation.net is redirecting to http://www.downloadfull.net/ so I'm taking a look at the last one.
First thing to do : take a look into your webmaster sitemaps account.
Do you have your website added? verified? what it say?
As i see your domain is not banned.
It is cached, and very recent as we all can see.
More than that, it is cached in all datacenters, you can see this using this tool :

I noticed you don't have any backlink in google.Did you ever have ? and they gone ? I think not.
Bad points :
Toooo many links from forums and low quality directories.
You are using wordpress which means you have the same content on at least two pages :
For example:
http://www.downloadfull.net/page10/ is the same to
http://www.downloadfull.net/2007/03/...odec-pack-206/
and i think it's anoher one on a category page.
Having 2k pages duplicate or 1k duplicated is very bad.
You should use robots.txt to disallow /page this is the only thing that can be done when using wordpress.

how old is your site ? maybe google take it sandbox

it might not be a BAN but rather a PENALTY.

Check your domains and be sure you don't have multiple domains pointing to the same content WITHOUT a 301.

Take a snippet of text from your site and do a search with the text surrounded by "".

If domain and content are okay, then it is something off-page OR you are linking to a bad neighborhood.

Use Google's webmaster tools and find out if any of your pages are in the index or if any pages are showing any backlinks.
