I have got 2-3 days off to market my site

I need some advice.

Just took 3 days off work (Today Until Thursday) - Want to spend hours and hours marketing my sites, trying to get more quality backlinks, some good advertising in order to increase the pageranks and popularity.

What would any of you say are the best places to start and where to move onto ?

Build a link page if you haven't already.. Then search for related sites with link pages with a good PR to exchange links with.. That will get you started.. You will eventually want to do link buys, again with related sites..

Or, better than link exchanges, write a great request letter. In that letter, request(that's why it's called a request letter

)that the owner of said site add you to their site. Then perform a search on Google or Yahoo using the keyword or key phrase that you are targetting, and start with result number 1, try to find contact information, and send that email to them. I did this for a short period of time once, and It paid off better than all other link building techniques I've tried since.
