 |  spam Hi as anyone any idea how to stop this or trace it or stop it i have a website and someone is sending mail out as From: Berardino Dunfield <Dunfieldwjnv@aqwadesign.com> ...... this is always different name but saying from aqwadesign To: arley@ npulsifer.com Subject: Whether buyers follow and then it comes back to me as mail undeliverd i dont have anywhere mail can be sent out like forum i would just like to know how are they doing it and how or what can i do ? this as been going on now for over 2 weeks thanks |

| Re: spam Hmmm, is it going around to everyone? I have been getting the same thing, so has my brother, father, & father's business partner. Three different servers & coming to all of us. I just let time pass & mine went away, I know my father's did also. |

 | Re: spam Hi there, I used to receive spam from that domain also. The best thing to do is leave it and just keep on deleting it. If you reply to a spam message you are basically telling them that the e-mail you are using is valid, and then you will be placed on a high priority list. If you don't reply and simply keep deleting it, the spammer then thinks that the e-mail is phony. Eventually if they are getting no replies from thousands of e-mail addresses they will delete the whole list and start fresh. They get your e-mail address from companies which sell your information. I ain't bothered about receiving spam to my mail box because unless I expect an e-mail I don't usually open it. I do now with MSN Live because it blocks the content and links so you can view the text on its own. Don't worry though spam is just a modern thing...they are just sad people with no lives or real marketing skills. Regards, Kieran Taylor. |

| Re: spam Sharon, am I understanding you right? Are the messages coming from your mail server and being sent out to random people, and then being returned to your mail as undeliverable? Or are these Spam messages that you are receiving? |

| Re: spam It seems that spammers are using your domain name as "From"-address. I have the same problem, but I don't know any method, which could solve this problem.

| Re: spam well i just did not open or reply to any of them it as lasted about 2 weeks and now stopped i think they send them out to see if anyone answers them then they know that the email address they used is an actual e mail address once they know this they can then send spam to that one and so on. |
