SERP different: "Hostgator rebates" and "Hostgator rebate"

my website www.hostgator-rebates.com PR2, with the 'S', can't ranked well in keyword without 'S'. I hope can rank top for:
1. hostgator rebate
2. hostgator coupon

any advice?

Yes, make your anchor text in inbound links to your site use the keyphrase "hostgator rebate".

In other words, it would look like this: Hostgator Rebate and Hostgator Coupon

is google or other SE see "hostgator rebateS" different from the keyword without S? i guess i use 50-50, half of it are ranked with the keyword S.

Yes, they do see "rebates" as different. If you just use "rebate", then you will come up for searches that include "rebate" and "rebates"....But if you use "rebates", then you will only appear in searches that use "rebates".
