![]() | Yahoo sucks, i have been waiting for two weeks now to hear back from anyone at Customer care about my account. thats if there is a customer care.. my account was working two weeks ago, and now it dosen't even exsit!! theres no tech support, there now care response, its just seems to send me around and around the site until i answer my own question. but still i have no account any more. another thing is that they don't even take ownership on issues with their network! i mean i go to msn's web site... and the link to tech support is right in front of me and the click of a button, there not need to send clients to a Q&A site , when the issue is still not resolved. im not impressed with the fact that i have lost an account that ive had for almost 10years.... and knowone care should i get is back.!!! Yahoo needs a good reply, response, something to ensure their product! especially went that rank as the top search enigne. Bull s**T! if that was the case thered be a better support system in place from actual people , not users trying to help users, that just leads to un needed fustration!!!. im sure yahoo will feeling it when i pull out , as a share holder with the company!!!! ![]() |

Plus they are a massive company which is doing very well at the moment. Just keep ringing them if you really need your account, and tell them how upset you are with their support. It seems as though you are quite frustrated, I hope that venting has helped alleviate some stress for you. Anyhow, good luck, I hope that Yahoo gets you straightened away. |
