For those that do not want to spend money advertising their media sites, they can use http://www.arcadechange.com to exchange arcade banners and get free traffic. All you have to do is upload a 100x100 banner and place a html code on your website. Media sites like music and videos are also allowed

Actually, a network of site owners join the program and place a code in their site that automatically displays other member's banners. When their visitors click on the banners, then this means the respective owners get free traffic. That's how banner exchange works. It's not fake.
