I'm aware it's the default skin but it's the conversations that count isn't it? I also think it's the administration that makes or breaks a forum. I've been doing this for 5 years and I finally bought my IPB licence. So join and post, you won't regret it!

Nice forum. The default skin for IPB isnt that bad. You can even change the colors around and give it a nice glossy black look. Check out invisionize.com for some free IPB skins.

Yes, it's the conversations that count, but you have to think as though you were the visitor. Everyone has seen the default IPB skin more than 1,000,000 times, and besides, there are LOADS of free IPB skins out there. Look around!

If you want members to sign up. Think if you where the visitor why would you not sign up?

EG:
The posts are boring?
Not enough members, might not talk a lot....

All thos excues ^ ^ are made!
