It's a pretty looking site...I don't know about anything else, cause I'm confined to only understanding English.

The only thing that I wonder....DOBRODOSLI, why is that word made out of 10 seperate images? Have you considered using flash for images like that one? It would be much smaller file size, and would make the page load faster.

I looked at your page and here are a few things I noticed:

1. reduce the width of your page to a size that keeps people from scrolling, I looked at it in IE7 and had to scroll horizontally. Vertically is ok, everyone is used to that.
2. make your right column a bit different from the background of the main page like you did the left one. It all becomes just one whole page that looks crowded. Unless that is what you intend on doing.
3. jumpenjuhosaphat is right try to get that image in flash to make your page load quicker
4. i would use the grey bar for your page title or the green area and put the menu structure up their, for my eye it seems like wasted real estate. Use the first screen that the user sees without scrolling more wisely

Just my thoughts. I may be wrong since I can't figure out what the site is about. Don't speak that language. Good Luck!

The width is too much, other than that, a nice looking page!
