I am looking for some casual web developers to join me in working on projects such as those at http://www.getafreelancer.com

I am fluent in HTML and almost as good in CSS. I can impliment java into my pages with no trouble and have a full understanding of it, (i just can't make anything from scratch.)

I am very well rounded PS user and artist.

I would like to start a team with anyone who has equivilant or better talent in comparison to the links I provide at the end of this post.

I am thinking of anyone that is halfway decent and won't quit in the middle of a project. We could also do personal, free, and fun projects together with no time limits.

The prefect team would consist of
-Me and another for HTML, CSS, and Photoshop...
-Someone that is good in Flash...
-Someone good in Javascript.
