IMO he isn't doing anything illeagle. He is just charging way high for website submission to google SE. Well actually he is charging for something which he should be offering for free.

| Re: $199 for submission Hi folks : I think it's better to pick up white-hat (ie. legal) SEO techniques on your own so that you could duplicate these same skills to all your other web-sites. If you're located in Singapore I have one SEO course which I feel is good and affordable. you can just pm me for details. |
