[selling] Article site

Selling another site, its new, few days old to be ohnest.

The site is www.articlr.com (article.com typo) very nice domain, possibly valuable

what you see is what you get, i can and will if required, hook up who ever buys it with articles and links to more articles.

I've also just submitted a ipb 2.2.0 theme to invisionize.com and its link to articlr in the footer its had 20 downloads so far in a space of 5 hours, the pr will increase on this domain to atleast a pr4 on the next uptime, guarenteed!

Im looking for offers over 50$ on this site, please pm me your offer.

No income, simply because there are actually no advertisments put on it.
Stats are low, very low, less then 50 its not advertised other then the linkback on the forum skin i submitted to ipb.
I've submitted another 20 articles today on the site, i got over 200 more to submit on it.

no, they are not unique but they are limited as to what sites they are on
Some possibly are although i cant ohnestly guarentee this as i brought them as a bulk load

yes its fully automated script, with admin panel etc..
guests can submit articles aswell, u can then approve of them in the admin panel etc..
you can also add adverts and custom pages through admin
