I am just starting out. The previous idea did not work out all that well 'cause I was a little too... well anyway.
It is a domain registration site with freely available high quality web templates, tips for new webmaster, some scripts and helpful links. Oh yeah and there is a 150 flash games. I had left those from old time cause my little sister and her friends play there sometimes. That is also free.

Assuming you want to show in search engines:

Nice design but a lot of work to do - same with mine. All pages should look the same especially width. You have links that are not actually links. Instead of having a sidebar with multiple links to the same website, I would write multiple pages of quality content then incorporate a few text links into those.

No offense, but I would restrict the use of personal information/pics to personal websites only.

Just my humble opinion.

Thank You. I had to make that page wider cause it just kept growing and growing. I will create another page just for links. I am a bit behind as I have to do three sites at this time. Besides having other work. I am thinking of actually changing the banner. Make it without the menu. And put a different one below it.

Well I don't want to hurt you at all, but your site don't prove your professional skills. I guess you can do much better than this. If I were you I would start it from the beginning.

Hi - I'd change the Times New Roman font to something a little nicer. Also... if you code your HTML correctly, you won't need to design it specifically for Firefox, it will work the same in all browsers!

Use http://validator.w3.org/ to check your code - Once it's transitional, it will be fine in all browsers
