I have talked a lot about this community to one of my friends, and now he ask me to show his design plan. He is going to assemble his design portfolio, and come out with a website.

It looks nice. I notice the image is 1024 pixels wide. It's my opinion that web sites, if they are static width, should be made for 800x600 resolutions. Even when they are created for 1024, the actual site should only be less than 98% the actual width of the screen so that the horizontal scroll bar doesn't show up. In other words, for 800 pixel wide sites, the actual width should be no more than 780px, 1024 pixel wide sites should be no more than 1000px.

I like the colors, and the layout. When he get's it to an actual site, I will be able to give better feedback.
