SEO Directory for review

Please review my new http://www.thedirectoryzone.com/.
I've designed the skin so it's unique. It uses big thumbshots and url is inside the description.

this looks very standard for a directory.

nothing to say except that it loads very very slowly...

I think your directory looks really great, because of this unique design, but I sadly recognised that there is no free listing possibility.

Yes it is a bit slow from here too. What script are you running for your directory? Have you spent any money on promotion? If so, what promotion methods are you using? What percentage of the revenue will be placed back into promotion of the site?

Yes, I've spent a lot of money promoting directory.
All top categories are pr4 and I have several page details with pr4 too.
The directory has very good deep pr. The alexa ranking is good, 88,960.

I'd say you have the makings of a great directory. It looks nice, the only thing that I don't care much for is having to navigate to the appropriate category to submit a site, but that's just the nature of the script. Good job and good luck.
