Thumbs up PolurNet = A+

For anybody looking to get into hosting, I'd highly recommend:

PolurNet Communications LLC.

They have the best customer support I've ever experienced, and great prices. They have one of the best datacenters in the world and have excellent uptime. You can also get very cheap domains there.

It's the #1 host at NamePros and some hosting review sites.

As my website hosting regains itself.. I offer more along the lines of:

1 gig space/20 gigs bandwidth for 4 dollars a month.

Along with Unlimited Features.

Granted, the support is basically me...
but... I have plenty of people who know what they're doing. and hardly need to contact me...

so I'd suggest mine for someone who doesn't run into a lot of problems.

Yes but those $4 domains don't come with much, Google some topics about it or look it up on NamePros and you'll find out why NOT to register domains with Yahoo. A lot of people complain about domain theft, poor customer support - if any, and other difficulties.

The main deal with PolurNet is hosting, not domains anyway

monkeyjump: Do you oversell?

Nope, no overselling... period.

I've always hated that as well, thanks for asking that.

Here's a thread that tells you why you should NOT use Yahoo! for domains:

The whole "confuse you so much so you don't leave" is VERY common in many other places around the web... It's a MUST to read ALL fine print and decypher it..
If you can't decypher it.. they're only pushing you away, so I'd suggest not using them.
That's my rule of thumb.

Compared to the industry-standard pricing, like HG & others, I believe we're nearly 50% less than their prices, without compromising value or reliability. I think it reflects why most webhosting-shoppers choose us not only because of pricing, but referrals & experience.

And regarding the domains, Y! doesn't accept PayPal, and doesn't have a feature-filled control panel; they rather keep it basic b/c that's their target audience

 Not sure if you realized, your host unfortunately is infamous for having one of the longest (and funniest) threads on WebHostingTalk:

http://webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=459658

But good to hear it's legit at least, doubt it will last as he already disabled new signups on the site it seems...

$0.30 per month?!?

I havent read that thread at WHT...but 0.30 per month...the PayPal fees alone are more than that...it's impossible to send somebody $0.30 via PayPal

You get what you pay for, Taylor... if 30 cents per month is all you can afford then... Yeesh... lol.

I mean really, $11 a month for a decent reseller plan to host a small network of websites with unmatched service, support, reliability & uptime, is simply excellent.

I would never use JustThatHost if it was the last host on Earth...
