No, not really. The problem is that on each of the pages you have listed above there are over 120 links on each page, any link you place probably won't ever get seen by any search engine, considering that most search engines will only visit the first 100 links on a page. Maybe not even that many, because it might depend on the amount of trust the search engine has in a page, so for some pages, they may only recognize 5 or 6 links, and some they won't follow any links.

So if I might make a suggestion, remove those 107 links in the resources table and spread them around 20 or 25 different pages, then you might get someone interested in buying links or reciprocating with you. Also, most people would rather trade reciprocals than to place yours first and wait to see if you will place theres. Perhaps you could work it out so that you place the links on each others pages in the same time frame? Just a thought. Goodluck, if you need anything else, let me know.
