 |  Best directories/search engines besides the big ones Which other search engines and directories besides the big ones will send you traffic? When talking about the big ones I mean Directories: Yahoo, Dmoz. Search engines: Google, Yahoo, MSN/Live. My site isn't even listed in the Yahoo and Dmoz directories yet.

| Re: Best directories/search engines besides the big ones Aparently, ask.com also deliver some traffic, the PPC networks such as GoClick.com are supposed to deliver traffic. Bussiness.com is also a contender. |

| Re: Best directories/search engines besides the big ones The biggest ones are: AOL Google/ AOL/ HotBot Lycos Pro MSN Netscape Yahoo!/ FAST/ AltaVista I get traffic from these Search Engines.

| Re: Best directories/search engines besides the big ones Generally it takes time to get good visitors from directories such as DMOZ, etc. If you submit your site to loads of directories, your bound to get visitors from one directory. I search directories to get to specific websites, if a search engine doesn't help. Generally the big directories such as DMOZ, Google & Yahoo! So it may help submitting your sites to larger directories as well as smaller directories.
