Default Help with finding a webmaster tool
I remember visiting a website where it was possible to search for all links which linked back to your website and was able to list them from highest Page Rank to the lowest.

This PR tool didn't just find the first 100 links but all that was listed in the search engines.

Unfortunately I forgotten the link or name of the website and for some reason didn't bookmark it.
