I want to make this site good.

Very nicely designed. One thing I'd recommend is removing the menu on the top bar and put a description or mission statement there instead. I think having two sets of same menu on the same page is just redundant.

One thing I would suggest is if you are planning on accepting paid links only, you should remove the adsense. It's a really nice looking directory, what do you plan to promote it? Are you going to use a portion of the directory income promoting it?

Hi, I do agree with the other guys that the design is great. Also the placement of google ads is very clever and don't disturb the user.

The pull down menu (square) on the top left seems ackwardly placed. Also, it seems to suggest to use it for a search but does not work? The good news is that it is a nice looking directory. Good luck.
