I started my website (in signature) last April, and it has sort of ebbed and flowed (at a particularly low point right now). So I would really appreciate any input: design, layout, content, anything... just let me know what you think.

suggestions:

the links on top looks more like the title/banner of the site which i believe isn't. how bout working on a logo to replace that to make it a bit cooler?

in the main page, try making the font size of the author's name a bit smaller then the content's font size a bit bigger. the author's name is bigger than the posts' content.

resize (a little or crop or whatever) the pictures on the homeboys page coz it goes out of the content table or whatever it's called :o.

other than that, i liked the color combinations, the design is good, nice job on the site *thumbs up*

Thanks for the input everyone. I made a few minor tweaks, and I am working on a new logo.

As for how much traffic I get, it's not enough. Pretty much only people who know me on a first name basis, as I can't really pay for advertising.

An opinion question: the main focus of my site is actually the "Rants" section. Should I move that to the main "Home page" instead of the stuff about my apartment?

PS. If anyone is actually interested in writing humourous articles for my site, well feel free. I can't really pay (yet) but I would be glad to swap links or something with anyone interested. You can email me at handh3 AT gmail DOT com.

Fixed. Stupid alt attributes. I'm going to have to go through my whole site now and check all my img tags. Whenever I find the time. Thanks for the heads up. Any other advice or pointers are welcome.
