Default your thoughts ...

What kind of support do you prefer to have before choosing a reseller hosting? Is it important for you at all to have it?

E-mail and ticket system -- live/phone support is asking for too much for most hosting companies.

Hi there,

I think that is true in a way, although a phone line ensures that the company has some sort of inhouse support center. Although for smaller companies, yes you are right.

For me I like the full lot; Support Forum, Ticket System, Live Help and Phone Support.

Regards,
Kieran Taylor.

the major thing here must be how quick are they ?
YOu can hav e-mail phone and etc. but if they answers your mail after 24 h or the phone is always busy ... this is not good

If you are asking about people in general, I think that there are two kinds of people here: those wishing to sell hosting and those wishing toi buy it. It's obvoius, that the second would be interested in getting support. What exactly? If the company is reliable and really taking care of their clients, they won't be sending customers to get support from the third party. I use ahosting.biz and get support directly from that host.
