I think that is true in a way, although a phone line ensures that the company has some sort of inhouse support center. Although for smaller companies, yes you are right. For me I like the full lot; Support Forum, Ticket System, Live Help and Phone Support. Regards, Kieran Taylor. | |

If you are asking about people in general, I think that there are two kinds of people here: those wishing to sell hosting and those wishing toi buy it. It's obvoius, that the second would be interested in getting support. What exactly? If the company is reliable and really taking care of their clients, they won't be sending customers to get support from the third party. I use ahosting.biz and get support directly from that host. |
