buying oneway links

K, we are thinking about going with one of these companies that you can buy oneway links from. Has anyone got experience with this? Is it worth it? Does it help page rank if you buy oneway links and if the links are permanent will the ranking stay the same or will it lower over time.

Is this worth the money and who are the best to go through? I see some companies have temperary oneway so will only help while you are paying them a monthly rate.

If you are considering buying links for SEO purposes then be careful because almost all links from text link broker sites are devalued by Google's algorithm.

How many one way links are you looking to purchase. I've seen costs range between $1.00 to $5.00 for a single link. I'd say even at $5.00 per link, that's a pretty good price, depending on the link of course.

If our page ranking increased does that mean our site will show ahead of other sites with the same keywords on google with a lower page rank? Is that how it works?

yes evo, if PR raises, then it will be showen higher...

But, like said Gina12, you must be careful. Actually everyone needs one-way-links like this... If you gonna try this site, could you please reply in this topic, if it's a good site or not?! May be then we'll look at it too.

I would be opposed to paying for a link based on the domain name offering the links. Anything that hints of a linking scheme is less than ideal.

There are established web directories that offer free, reciprocal, or paid listings. My advice would be find one with a PR5 or 6 and pay the nominal fee as a paid listing. The SE's will pick up on the fact that it's a paid listing on a directory that offers them for free, and "credit" you to some extent for your investment.

You sound as though you are speaking from experience. (I hold you know responsibility for my decision) I realize know body can tell the results you will get with google. So by what you are saying. Paying to join a directory with a high pr of say 7 should give me good pr result more than paying for oneway links.
So google is quite smart then on its rankings. I wonder how many of these high ranking directories I would have to join to get results.I wish there was a way to find this information out so businesses could invest in respectable sites rather than all the shams that are cluttering the net.
Atleast they could have some black and white rules as to what the count + or - for PR.

It seems that you will pay percent for trade weblinks. I don'tthink that it is less expencive than direct request to buy.
