Probably, you're right, but there's another aspect, when a new company appears on the hosting market they are eager to please their customers to establish a good reputation, you can benefit from that, it happened to many companies, but gradually as they take on more and more clients, they may losew quality of service.

Nowadays more and more web hosting companies appear on the hosting market and sometimes it's difficult to attract the clients to your hosting that's why the new companies do different things as coupons, discounts, etc.

The good company should try to involve as much as possible clients and thus they should not lose qualitative service. If would like one client will not be happy with servicing that and many other people learn about this and will not address in this company.

I'm of more than 1 year in this business.

The problem of attracting clients is really the toughest one, how do you solve it?

Let's allow that your friend uses my hosting, and he still did not meet problems, he will advise also to you my service. It's just necessary to try to not spoil reputation. Certainly problems at all happen, but I think that it is necessary to love your business, and with greater diligence to work.
Clients should be happy with your service.

Disagree, quality has nothing to do with years spent on hosting market.

In the course of time the company should become more stable, they should become more responsible, If they involve many clients that they should try to keep the reputation rather the reverse. If in the course of time they spoil the service that in the course of time at them there will be all less and less clients. So-as no one client does not wish deal with the company which cannot to serve them normally
