I want to sell domain online like Name cheap

Can anyone tell where I can get this script? What is the best solution for this?

I think namecheap is a domain registrar. To get domain registrar status you need to contact ICANN. You can start by becoming domain reseller. Enom has good domain reseller package with automated script or something, contact them for more accurate info. You can find scripts for domain selling at hotscripts.com some are free some will cost you.

Giving the fact that you are from Bangladesh and the situation with credit card processing etc etc, I suggest you use Dircti, they are ICANN accredited registrar. Their API includes everything you need to sell domain name so you will not need any script, they even collect payment on your behalf if you like.

I think you have to contact ICANN for more info about it. Only they can give you more details and the ways you can do it.

Just apply for a domain reseller package @ enom. btw, you still have to fund your account with $100 so you can avail of the reseller program.
