Can you name what is most important for you? What is on first place? Commission rate? Payment schedule? Credibility of the program? Conversion rate? Promoted brand?

How do you think why is it important to have 2nd tier commission? Isn't it better to spend all the commission money on your direct affiliates?

Your site looks nice, and it appears you already have the answer to your question about 2nd tier... you offer it. Next month your site will have been online one year, so length of time in business and evidence of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is necessary to add to your credibility.

Your forum has 110 posts total, so that could hurt credibility, also. The back and forth between Manas and Mia in the post "Why my PAYMENTS ARE not released?" on your forum was interesting, and at least had a happy ending. Having a private backend forum for affiliates instead of the current public forum may help, also.

We all start at the beginning. You may want to add some content to your site to document experience and expertise in your field, and perhaps some affiliate or customer testimonials. Good luck signing up affiliates and then keeping them and your customers happy.
