I would give the words on the top part of the site "breathing space" they are a bit cluttered at present, too many words

I agree with temi, you have to make the Top more clean.
I would also recommend you to add boundary's to your site, it will look better.

The whole page layout looks sloppy. Sorry, but I think you need to make some improvements to keep your visitors.
