Anyone want to show off their Tutorial skills?
I need tutorials written for the following categories...

HTML and CSS HTML and CSS
JavaScript JavaScript
PHP and MySQL PHP and MySQL
Flash Flash
Photoshop Photoshop
Dreamweaver Dreamweaver
SEO

1. Can I write a tutorial about any topic I want related to the categories you mentioned? For instance, I want to write a tutorial about using tunneling to remote control MySQL databases.

2. Are any guidelines I need to follow?

3. Is it okay if I have the same tutorial posted on my site also?
