Meta tags and forums

I know with forums the content is often logged in places such as google, so are meta tags very significant? I have used them, just wondering if I should put a bundle or just a few.

I belive meta description, keywords and the language specification are still significant.

Just put enough to honestly describe your site "putting a bundle" is also called keyword stuffing, most search engines from on such practices.

Hello. As far as I know meta tags bring sme profit. But I think that it isn't enough.
