Well I have just completed my clubs site! Man that was a lot of work. I hope to get some constructive criticisms from the people in the know of website design. Please be gentle I am not an experienced web designer or anything.

Hi evocombat, i see the site has a really nice logo. I think palcing "Martial Art Taiwan" into the title tag would bring you more traffic, but i don't know who are the targetted visitors. I hope you have a clear concept about them. I think there is no problem with your meta description, because it is expressive and not very long , but the keywords tag contains a lot of words at the index page. I think you should spread them, and place them among the pages where they occure in the text.
I think this meta tags:
<META NAME="REVISIT-AFTER" CONTENT="40 Days">
<META NAME="ROBOT" CONTENT="All">
<META NAME="RATING" CONTENT="general">
<META NAME="DISTRIBUTION" CONTENT="global">
are not necessary. Placing all style information, and the javascript code into external css and js file would help to transform your site more SE friendly.
At many inner pages i find this row: <link href="file:///C|/Documents and Settings/Scott/Desktop/THealthyLiving/HTML/blank version/text.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">. I think you should correct it. Otherwise i would redo your header image. I suggest you to leave the "marital art", and the four styles: Brazilian Jujtsu, etc. , and i would display them as <h1> and <h2> tags, styling and positioning with css.

K, I used a meta tag app to add the tags so I don't know what is good or not. So thanks for the input.

I am using dreamweaver. I saved css styles sheet. and uploaded the file to server so thought it would be an external file. I dont understand the code side of things at all.

K, I will look into deleting that. I used the table layout of another site. I didn't realize code was still there from it.Strange thing is by the time I finished the site the table was totally different
This is the first time I worked with slices from photoshop into DW. I am happy now I can design without limits but its a lot of work getting it to work smoothly.

I think I have made all the suggested changes. The heading 1 and 2 suggestion though.I am unsure which part of the site you are referring.

Ohh and thanks for the comments on the logo. A lot of work went into designing it so my instructor was happy with it.
