I was Surfing Some of the Worpress Blogs and found a intresting post on how to

I think the validation service is to strict.

I understand its importan to code with valid html code but I know sites that do not adhere to it and still have excellent PR

Yes, you are right problogger, the post was interesting.

My main site has an absolute valid html code, and it has PR 0 value despite of tons of link. According to the post i will gain 2*0=0 PR in march. That would be great fun

I think i will change SE

I got a "failed validation - 72 errors", also a message saying "This page is not Valid HTML 4.01 Transitional!" Does anyone know what this means, and how to correct my errors? I was predicted to get a PR of 4, and only got a PR of 2, any help is greatly appreciated, thanks

I usually validate the html code with a really smart FireFox extension, named Html Validator.

This is a really usefull plugin. When you restart FF, after installing this extension all you have to do is visiting the site, and click on the warning sign in the right-bottom corner. It will fix the errors, and the warnings, instantly. Copy the correct code and paste it into an empty notepad document. Save it as html and it is done.

But, do not forget to create a backup, before you upload the new sites! You can never know.
ps. sometime i have problem with the new character encoding, but i think it won't cause you a huge trouble. Copy it from the old site and replace the new with that when it would be necessary.

But here at iWebTool they can remove there errors and the PR6 home page will become PR12 !!!

I have been doing some research lately and i have found a very interesting thing let me share with u all. Of course of you know the google.com/webmasters where there are tools on how to increase your pagerank. On the webmaster tools there is a section called Crawl stats where u can see the level of your pagerank and the process where pagerank is assigned
Let me demonstrate this with a shot i have taken.
I hope my information would be very helpful for a lot of u out there...

No effect? So those 79 errors on on the iwebtool.com main page don't prevent it from getting higher PR?

Validation has nothing to do with Page Rank. Its just the check to see whether its user friendly with all the browsers.

and all predication was give me 4 or 5 but google give me 0
