The website is looking good, has a good layout and a good logo, and the content seems to be good, but the bad point is the website took long to load up which needs to be improved, but other than that good effort

You asked for it, here it is:
The website is very poor, actually I will not call it website, just an html page with loads of unrelated link ranging from Amazon affiliates, Adsense, and other unrelated links, the subject matter of the site 'weight loss" is relegated, where the subject matter is visible its not contents in the site itself but contents from other site.
You really need to work on the design, and contents. I suggest you remove Amazon affiliate stuff or reduce its dominating presence.

No offence intended, just a frank review you requested.

I think that you should create a new page from the scratch. Create a layout, choose a color scheme and take care at the number of links you display on the page. I see PR 3 as a good oportunity to trade the links for your site, and with a better design and a better content that should be very easy.

The load time can be improved. The page layout is too plain and the user has to scroll down too far to see all the items. You could improve both the page layout and load time by diving this page is 2-3 pages.
