![]() | Probably best to start with answering some basic questions: What are you good at What skills do you have Have you identified a market need for something. The trick is having a good idea, finance is not a problem if you have a great idea as there's lots of VC money floating about the place. Can't provide you with any great ideas, But you may get some businees ideas from http://www.tradedee.com You get all kind of information and help like if you want to know about e-commerce, Business Opportunity, marketing advertising etc. You get all these details in one place. But still you’ll have to do that for yourself, and remember there are lots of low capital, low time requirement potentials out there. |

![]() | I recently started a side business of my own. Check out http://www.barristersites.com. You will see a very simple (free) website that lists domains for sale or lease. That is an easy business to start. The difficult part, however, is choosing and marketing your domain portfolio. Plus there are hundreds of competitors. What sets me appart is that I market towards a specific industry. I then advertise in journals and publications published specifically for that industry. The key is focusing on where the customers are. Too many domain sellers offer such varieties of names that they only really market themselves to domain investors or flippers. I try to find people who will actually take a personal interest in my domains. My website has been up only approximately 6 weeks. My print advertisements haven't even hit the presses yet, but already my domains are bringing hundreds of hits per month and I attribute that to targeting one specific field to which to market. We'll see. |

![]() | Ideas are hard to come by. Isabella hit the nail on the head - what do you enjoy doing? What are you good at? What are your hobbies? Start a site on a subject that you are passionate about, in which you can share your skills and expertise or even just your experiences with your readers. Once you've got traffic, you can figure out how to get it to earn money for you. It might take a while, but building a stable income online is just like building a stable income offline. There are no shortcuts to being successful in business! ![]() And now for some self promotion: Grab a free copy of Bright Ideas Magazine from this site: http://BrightIdeas-Mag.com There's no opt-in, just a straight download. Get it quick, because it won't be around for long and the next issue will have a price tag on it ![]()
