Its PR4 which is a good start, like previous post asked, how much revenue does it bring at present and how much traffic?
Its alexa is 353 thousand which is not bad but as we no, Alexa alone is not a good measure of traffic to a site.

Revenue small at moment,but then again no links sold and adsense only just added.
Uniques i believe are around 4000 a month

Well, the site is quite nice looking. Plus the community is a budding one. I'd say that the value if it were bringing in $50.00 per month would be at about $500.00. But that is just a guess.

Hi there,

I would say around $200-300 as revenue isn't that high, and traffic is pretty much average. PR is good, and I believe, if developed could become a very good website.

ok is anyone up for a GREAT DEAL!
As you most likely know from my previous posts im banned from adsense.
Also i could do with some help with this.
If i buy it is anyone interested in helping with the project(im not asking for any money)
In return they can register adsense on the site and we split 50/50. would have to be a new adsense account obviuosly.

I don't think it would have to be a new account, wouldn't you just have to make a separate channel, and when the person gets the cheque, they would have to send you half the money?

I think $800 is a bit high. But it depends on how much you are willing to spend mostly.

Im willing to spend that amount but not if site isnt worth it(in the long run aswell)
