It's tricky on the first one. You have to create an account first - easiest way to get there is click on an "Add Comment" link on any post. You should see a link to create an account. Once you've created the account, click on an "Add Comment" button again, and then click on your username to get to your profile - you should see a "Write" tab at the top.

Not only add comment, but also post the blog with your site description and backlinks(deep link allowed)
