This is what I got. I wonder why it rates and counts backlinks for the same site different ways?

Very possible. I got 0 to 4 in a matter of a few months so yours should have no problem.

Using the iwebtool prediction, i never regret. Cos its always let me jump up and down plus dancing around.

Here's the story, everytime i have a new website, i would visit iwebtool prediction and check for it, but of cos the website have to be a months old or something more than only i check. After the PR update, well, according what the predicted PR was very near, and infact i received a good PR. Thats what i am happy more.

Well the last time i check on a directory of mine, was another jump up and down scene. I am sure some of you guys/girls sure will know how i felt.

The directory i have created,

Result via iWebtools Last week
Heavy Directory
Current : PR0
Predicted : 5(4.7)
Accuracy : 78.1%
backlinks : 984

Current : PR0
Predicted : 4(4.1)
Accuracy : 74.9%
Backlinks : 1063

It seems, that i jump again just now. Whether it is going to be a PR9 or PR10, just make sure you did your part, SEO, Contents, and also quality link from others. If your site have good and quality contents, don't worry about getting links, other will link to you.

a friend of mine has a predicted PR 5 but he got 4 after google update....

if it gets below 5.5 than Your rating would become 5. They try to be as scientific as possible. So they'll do it down to decimals.
